Sorghum Biomass Prediction

This year we are also introducing a new challenge on sorghum biomass prediction. This challenge is run on Kaggle, where you can find more information about the task and dataset.

Arabidopsis Root Segmentation Challenge

A new segmentation challenge is available this year on a semi-annotated dataset of Arabidopsis thaliana root images.

Leaf Segmentation Challenge.

Leaf Counting Challenge.

The Leaf Counting Challenge is also running this year and is now hosted on the Jülich Challenges website, under the Leaf Counting Challenge.
